Day 1 - Budapest (Hungary)

Embark your ship in Budapest this evening.

Day 2 - Budapest

Spend your day discovering the treasures of Budapest. A capital city bursting with culture and wondrous architecture including domes, spires and picturesque bridges. Castle Hill is at the top of most visitors’ lists, a UNESCO-listed district hosting Buda Castle, Trinity Square, Matthias Church and Fishermen’s Bastion. Set sail this evening for Slovakia.

Day 3 - Bratislava (Slovakia)

Arrive in Slovakia's capital city at midday. Despite being a buzzing political centre, Bratislava is also a historical gem. Stroll through the maze of cobblestone streets, marvel at the colourful 18th-century buildings and visit one of the numerous museums or ancient cathedrals. In a unique contrast, the city's vibrant modern-art scene is equally as impressive and can be seen in some of the city's outstanding Communist-era architecture.

Day 4 - Melk (Austria)

Take a pleasant stroll through the charming and serene village of Melk which features the 16th-century Town Hall and Melk's oldest building, built in the 15th century. Perhaps visit the beautiful Melk Abbey, a fortified baroque Benedictine monastery which is the town's top attraction before setting sail this evening.

Day 5 - Linz

The day is yours to explore the city that was once named the European Capital of Culture. The city’s layout reflects its history, with an ancient medieval town centre surrounded by neoclassical, neo-baroque and neo-Renaissance neighbourhoods. Linz also boards unique architectural styles in impressive landmarks including St Martin's, the oldest church in Austria.

Day 6 - Krems

The city of Krems marks the beginning of the Wachau Valley and combines the old with the new in many ways. For example, the preserved length of the old city walls, is directly next to a newer chrome-and-glass section – both similar in height and purpose, and entirely different in appearance and feel. Similarly, new, designer shops and boutiques have been placed in the ancient 18th-century buildings of the Altstad. The city itself is storybook beautiful with impressive architecture and one of the oldest parish churches in Lower Austria.

Day 7 - Vienna

The musical city of Vienna has an intellectual legacy which has been shaped by the likes of Mozart and Beethoven. At the centre of European culture, Vienna is home to ornate architecture, beautiful gardens, Baroque streetscapes and imperial palaces.

Day 8 - Vienna

Disembark you ship in Vienna.
